And, our customer service team and drivers are diligently washing their hands and sanitizing their work areas.
- If you cancel prior to your scheduled departure, you can turn the ticket into an “open ticket” and use it at a later date at no additional charge. An “open ticket” is valid for 12 calendar months from the date you purchased the ticket.
- Or, you may request a refund, which will be accommodated with $5 refund processing fee.
